The lessons was really clear and didn’t feel boring at all. I liked the little quizzes too because they help me remember things without making it feels too hard

I used newyorksafetycouncil on my phone while I was trying to get a few things done during a random quiet moment, and overall it worked okay. It wasn’t a total hassle or anything, but some pages did load a little slower than I expected, and a few of the buttons felt kind of small to tap. I had to zoom in once or twice, which was a little annoying, especially since I was already switching between tabs and trying not to lose my place. I was still able to finish what I needed to do, so it got the job done, but the mobile layout could definitely use a little cleanup.

I had a good experience with this course. It was simple to follow, easy to use, and I didn’t run into any issues while going through it. I actually finished it quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’d definitely say it’s a easy and straightforward course.

I used New York Safety Council for my course, and overall it was a decent experience. The videos loaded fine for me, and I liked that the site saved my progress when I came back later. There was one page that took a little longer to refresh, which was a bit annoying, but nothing actually crashed or caused me to lose my place. It wasn’t perfect, but it got the job done without any major issues

I got my certificate and the name and date were correct, which was the main thing I cared about. I needed it for my personal records, so I did spend a few minutes checking everything against my info to make sure it all lined up. It was fine overall, nothing amazing, but no real issues either.

I did end up passing, but some of the questions were trickier than I expected. A few felt like they were worded in a way that could easily throw you off, which was frustrating. Glad I got through it, but I wouldn’t say it was a totally straightforward experience

I didn’t feel rushed or brushed off, which was nice. Compared to some other support teams I’ve dealt with, it was just... Anyway, everything worked fine after that. Really appreciated the help

"I was fully expecting the whole course completion…"
I was fully expecting the whole course completion thing to turn into a hassle, because anything involving the DMV usually feels like it comes with extra stress for no reason. But my completion got reported quicker than I expected, and I didn’t have to sit there constantly checking or calling around to make sure it actually went through. That alone was such a relief. Smooth overall.

I checked out New York Safety Council hoping to snag a decent discount, but there really wasn’t much available at the time. The site worked fine overall, no major issues, but the price was kinda higher than I expected. IMO it’d be way better if they offered promo codes more often or made the deals easier to spot

That said, the support experience was frustrating. I reached out with a question and ended up waiting longer than I expected, which made the whole situation more annoying than it needed to be.

"Course Was Fine, Verification Was Annoying"
The course itself was okay, nothing too bad. But the identity verification part kind of slow me down more than I expected. It was asking questions I wasn’t ready for, and I had to retry it once, which was frustrating. It does work in the end and I got done what I needed, but I feel like that whole process could be explain better. Not terrible, just not the smoothest experience.
